Café Racer Motorcycle Build Based on Honda CX500

This project involved building a custom café racer from a Honda CX500 engine and frame. The engine was restored, and a custom suspension system was engineered for optimal performance. I designed and fabricated custom wheels and developed composite bodywork using 3D printing, reinforced with fiberglass for added strength. The chassis was modified to support the new suspension setup, and all electronics were custom integrated. The final assembly was completed with precision, focusing on both performance and aesthetics.
